Profile
Kin is keen on developing a broad civil law practice with particular emphasis on land-related disputes and commercial litigation. He is regularly instructed to appear in court and has appeared at all levels of courts in Hong Kong. In addition to court proceedings, Kin has been involved in arbitrations and the enforcement of arbitral awards involving disputes with cross-border and international elements.
Apart from contentious work, Kin has also been regularly instructed to advise various companies in relation to IPO or listing matters in Hong Kong. Kin has also been instructed to advise on the publication of NFTs and other crypto-assets under the current regulatory regime pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615).
