Profile
Jason is developing a broad civil and commercial practice. He has appeared as sole advocate and led juniors in various court levels. Jason provides written advice and prepares for urgent hearings, such as interlocutory injunctions and winding-up petitions. He has also conducted cross-border litigation, analysing foreign and PRC law, and collaborating with overseas lawyers.
In addition to litigation, Jason is keen on alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is a qualified tribunal secretary at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK).
During his undergraduate studies, he was awarded 1st Runner-Up in the Basic Law Mooting Competition and the APAA Prize in Issues in Intellectual Property Law or Copyright Law.
In addition to his civil practice, Jason also accepts instructions in criminal matters and has been instructed by the Department of Justice as fiat prosecutor.
