Profile

Henry commenced his legal practice in 2021 after completing his pupillage with notable barristers, including Mr. Tony Li (now SC), Mr. Lincoln Cheung, Ms. Anita Yip SC, and Mr. David Boyton. He is expanding his expertise in both civil and criminal law and has worked on a diverse range of cases, including commercial, matrimonial, probate, securities, and finance matters.
 

In his civil practice, Henry has experience in conducting trials and handling various interlocutory applications, both independently and as a led junior.
 

In his criminal practice, he has dealt with cases prosecuted by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), representing various parties during SFC investigations and conducting criminal trials.
 

In his matrimonial practice, Henry appears as both a led junior and a sole advocate, handling first appointments, children matters, maintenance pending suit, preliminary issues regarding property ownership, and ancillary relief. He also provides regular advice throughout divorce proceedings.
